Anyone out there have a reliable solution for vacuum dryer or filter dump valves? We have good success with full port ball valves, half ball and dome style with inflatable seals. Poor reliability with a home-grown piston style valve. The issue holding a vacuum in a process that can cake and crust up on the sealing surfaces. Valves sizes 6" to 12".
