Co-Chair SMRP Latin American Affiliate
Description:
The Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) Latin American Affiliate is seeking participation from a qualified member with a CMRP certification that speaks Spanish fluently.
Background:
SMRP is a global organization with international events. SMRP launched the LATAM Symposium in 2019 to promote networking, certification, and education in Latin America. Shortly after SMRP launched the Latin American Affiliate with dedicated volunteers. Latin American Affiliate now has an opening for a dedicated co-chair.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Volunteer must be a member in good standing and hold the CMRP
- Volunteer must speak Spanish fluently but ideally bilingual
- Able and willing to participate in monthly calls as well as Latin American Affiliate events and promotion i.e. webinars and facility tours, publication of articles, as well as participation in the Exchange group
- Ability to run calls if needed
- Must be on Latin American Affiliate Committee for at least 6 months
Estimated Time Commitment:
2-4 hours per month

Dentro de la filial Latino América de la SMRP se tiene vacante esta posición, que tiene la responsabilidad de apoyar el desarrollo de las actividades propuestas por la filial Latam y ante ausencia del Chair representar los intereses de la filial. Se requiere ser miembro de la SMRP con certificación vigente CMRP, hablar el idioma Español y contar con dos (2) a cuatro (4) horas mensuales para esta actividad de voluntariado. Se considerarán como factores de evaluación la participación en eventos de la SMRP (Webinars, Conferencias), la publicación de artículos, así como su participación en Exchange, como evidencia de su compromiso por el desarrollo con excelencia del mantenimiento y la confiabilidad promulgados por la SMRP.
