Abstract:

When people understand how what they do impacts the business process and why it’s important, they become more aligned with company goals. As they grow in problem solving knowledge and confidence, everything they do gets better. Engaged individuals and thriving small teams are at the core of best practice organizations. This will be discussed (i.e., How much difference does it make?, How do you get there?) with a focus on how to change and sustain behaviors needed to transition your organization’s vision into reality

The talk will be on-line, but subject to change based on COVID-19.
