Full day meeting. Joint meeting with the Iowa Chapter.
No charge, and AbbVie would cover the costs of lunches and snacks.Please register by April 30th - we need 20-30 people to justify the meeting expense.
The following topics would be considered:
• Maintenance and Reliability KPI’s (what is measured, targets)• Planning / Scheduling (job plan refinement, delay reduction)• Predictive / Equipment monitoring strategies and technologies• Technical Training / Staffing of skilled technicians• MRO / supply chain issues (spares levels)• Aging infrastructure / obsolescence
The topics would be covered through a combination of presentations, panel discussions, and on-line surveys among other activities. We welcome any suggestions for other topics from potential attendees.
