I'm also facing the exact same problem. 'There was an error exporting the candidate data. One or more errors occurred' message is displayed when I try to login to schedule my exam. I emailed
certify@smrp.org and
info@smrp.org, but received no reply. Pearson Vue chat informed me that it can be solved only by SMRP.
