    we are trying to deploy a digital work management application on top of SAP PM for impoved user experience and Mobility.

    We currently utilize Prometheus ERP Advanced for work order scheduling; Prometheus Group also has web scheduler that is supposed to be certified to work with S4/HANA. SAP also offers some additional modules that do similar functions as this.

    A lot would depend on what you intend to do with the digital work management. A lot of great systems interface with SAP the question would be is it just for work order management? Also is mobility mobile devices? If it is just Work order management there are a lot if low end options that work great.

    Thanks for the insights. Our main intent is to improve efficiency of team as well as improve quality of data records from field. It is planned to have focus from notification creation to closure with integration to SAP MM.

    HI Ashish, there are a few well-known solutions in the market including Prometheus, Sigga and Visual Planner each of which works with SAP and they have their strengths and weaknesses.

    Before you look at adding a solution like this to SAP I would strongly suggest that you are very sure that your work processes are mature, effective, and efficient. Automating or digitizing a work process that is not 'leaned out' does not deliver good results - despite what the software vendors might say :)

    I've seen Maximo integrated with SAP effectively - PM and CM work were managed in Maximo and parts and supplies requirements were automatically passed along to SAP for procurement.  For contract maintenance I'm not sure if SAP was used to manage vendors or if Maximo managed the contracts and passed along the financials for SAP accounting.  It was pretty seamless.
