I hope this message finds you all well.
I am currently in the process of registering for the CMRP exam. However, when I attempt to enter my address during registration, I continuously receive the following error message:
"There was an error subscribing your address. Please check that you have entered a valid email address and are not already subscribed to SmartBrief."
I have verified my email, paid all necessary fees, and signed in properly. Despite trying different formats for my address, the issue persists.
I would truly appreciate if any SMRP representative or community member could assist me with this matter or guide me to the correct support channel to resolve it.
