Not able to schedule exam for CMRP

    I have join SMRP since sept 2023.

    While I planning to schedule exam ,error showing "there was error exporting the candidate data".

    Anyone can help on this already write email to certify@smrp.org ,no reply from there.

    Refer number for SMRP:643573.

    Hello Ahmad, 

    The reason you are seeing this error is because the address you listed in your SMRP Portal is not a standard address. As soon as you update the address, you will be able to login and schedule your exam. I hope this helps!

    Hello JAYDEEPBHAI,

    The reason you are seeing this error is because the address you listed in your SMRP Portal is not a standard address. As soon as you update the address, you will be able to login and schedule your exam. I hope this helps!

    Please review your profile . And correct especially your home or permanent address . If you give very long address he didn’t accept . 2nd if your if your data still not accepted . Then email to info@SMRP and raise your issue . 5 to 10 working days you will receive answer . Thanks

    Dear sir,
    after login to schedule exam, under preference menu the following screen shot shows " only applies if you are taking an exam at your home or office" red circle highlighted but info@smrp.org Mr Ashlee Jones say we donot offer home exam.
    Then why this preference given in the Pearson Vue take test ??
     To collect exam fees only??
    Any suggestion / views from forum is always appreciated

               Yes they are right . You have to chose exam center . Even didn't see such option . Leave this option dear and go to exam center option .

    Actually during training my trainer told me about exam center so i prefer exam center . From my home its almost 400 KM away . And i prefer you even exam center because at home may you have issues like internet speed , But at exam center they are responsible for any thing .

                      I read your email properly . I suggest you what i know , about this matter you should consult with specifically with pearson VUE via phone call or email . They definitely solve your issue . Their staff is so cooperative .

      Great, Society for Maintenance &Reliability Professionals collects payment for the registration of the exam. I suggest waiting for the authorization letter.
      All candidates must receive authorization to schedule an exam. The process can be resumed in 3 steps.

      1) Candidate must apply with SMRP.

      2) Once your authorization is granted, typically, you will receive an Authorization to Test Letter (ATT).

      3) Candidates must be authorized to schedule the exam. The exam can be scheduled as soon as we have your profile records and authorization in the system.

    Actually during training my trainer told me about exam center so i prefer exam center . From my home its almost 400 KM away . And i prefer you even exam center because at home may you have issues like internet speed , But at exam center they are responsible for any thing .

    Step 1: Go to this website https://home.pearsonvue.com/smrp/contact

    Step 2: Use the same exact login you use for the SMRP portal to login to Pearson Vue

    Step 3: Under pre-approved exams click on the blue link that says CMRP 

    Step 4: Carefully review cancellation and reschedule policies

    Step 5: Find a test center and schedule your exam

      Great, Society for Maintenance &Reliability Professionals collects payment for the registration of the exam. I suggest waiting for the authorization letter.
      All candidates must receive authorization to schedule an exam. The process can be resumed in 3 steps.

      1) Candidate must apply with SMRP.

      2) Once your authorization is granted, typically, you will receive an Authorization to Test Letter (ATT).

      3) Candidates must be authorized to schedule the exam. The exam can be scheduled as soon as we have your profile records and authorization in the system.

    after i fill my name customer id ref 2 screen shot

    it say i have already account and sign required ref 3 rd screen shot

    it say sign required again

    Then why this preference given in the Pearson Vue take test ??
     To collect exam fees only??

    That setting is one that Pearson VUE puts in all of their applicant profiles, it is standard, whether or not the testing provider provides at home testing. Since we do not, it is a setting that you do not have to worry about.

    I hope you are well. 

    I am listing the instructions again so that you are able to schedule your exam. You do not need to make a new account because the account is already made for you. 

    Step 1: Go to this website https://home.pearsonvue.com/smrp/contact

    Step 2: Use the same exact login you use for the SMRP portal to login to Pearson Vue

    Step 3: Under pre-approved exams click on the blue link that says CMRP 

    Step 4: Carefully review cancellation and reschedule policies

    Step 5: Find a test center and schedule your exam
