    Hello all,

    I will appreciate if anyone can assist with this.

    I am looking into replacing a destoner in our food processing facility due to significant issues with its reliability. Regarding meeting demand (or desired throughput) of 20,000kg/hrs., that has never been a problem, but in terms of maintainability, the rate of maintenance head cost, downtime, has been skyrocketing for the past 5 months. 

    To cut the long story short, the present destoner has deteriorated to the extend that the only solution will be to replace with a more reliable one. 

    Will appreciate if anyone can recommend a couple of destoner vendors  (within Canada or north America preferably). After which i will like to access the vendors functional design specifications/modules (Design capacity, application(s), layers of separation, working principle, motor(s) + instrument(s), foot – print, & reliability).

    present destoner spec:

    Capacity (max) = 20t/hr.,

    Description of deck & frame: Basic steel frame,
    Footprint: 3315mm [L] x 1994mm [W] x 2785mm [H].

    Destoner MTSC-120/120 or Combistoner MTCG-150/150
