Senior Technical Advisor for Dilmar Oil Co. STLE-certified as a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) and holds ICML certification as a Machinery Lubrication Technician, MLT I. He has worked with TotalEnergies USA since 2013. In his most recent role as Senior Field Engineer and QA/QC Manager, he provided technical support to industrial, PCMO, and HDMO sectors through seminars, field training, and continued education on
lubrication best practices and reliability. He was also responsible for overseeing blending plants and the distributor network to ensure product quality throughout the supply chain, from production to the end-user. Prior
to this, Doug served as Industrial Sales Manager for Total Lubricants USA, where he managed and developed
customers in the southeast region. From 2002 to 2013, he was General Manager for Smith Bros. Oil Company,overseeing the management and operations of the industrial lubricant distributor, providing Shell, Chevron, and Total products. In addition to his impressive job history, Doug currently serves on the STLE Board of Directors and recently received the Raymond L. Thibault Excellence in Education Award at this year’s annual STLE
meeting and currently on the STLE Executive Committee as Treasure
