Dear SMRP,
A colleague I introduced to this body paid for both membership and certification on the 9th of September, 2021 using my own debit card which he funded (he wasn't having the kind of card that can enable him make the payment himself).
The payment was successful as he got a mail confirming his payment (confirmation order). He also got a mail containing a link to Pearson, where he was asked to select exams date and location.
However, each time he clicks on the link and login in with his details as directed by the mail he received, he has been seeing NOT ELIGIBLE.
He has sent mails to
certify@smrp.org and
info@smrp.org lay his complaints since 13th of September, till now, he hasn't gotten a reply. Having exploited the official means of communication without any fruitful outcome, I was left with no choice than to post this matter here.
Please, I want to know what is happening. Why will anyone send a mail to a body like SMRP for over 10 days and the person will not reply? This does not portray this body in good light.
Please if anyone who can help with this matter is seeing this, kindly help out.
