Does anyone have any books or documents about managing contractor safety?
This isn’t really my area, so, I’m a beginner.
We already have a vetting system (Avetta), an SOP, work permits, and a fairly low injury rate even in our regular contractor groups. Best of all, we have a strong safety culture, if not refined best practices. Our occasional contractors smash their fingers now and then (like in forklift tines). We want to take the next step, regardless of whose OSHA log we improve.
