    Dear sir.

    Please can you explain this.

    I wrote my exams on 27 October 2023 and after it, a badge was issued to me and the system clearly stated I have passed the exams.

    But up till date I have not been issued my certificate soft copy and I have checked on my dashboard an error seems to be showing on it.

    With wrong dates on exam and year. I have mail SMRP today with respect to this no response from them yet.

    Please kindly explain this .

    They will be able to solve your issue

    I called them today, I was having the same issue and they had it taken care of in 5 minutes.

    I have Mail them twice. still yet they have not responded with respect to the soft copy of my certificate.

    And my management is seriously asking me to present at least a soft copy to them.
