    How many people have used either one and what are your thoughts on them. Which one had the better mobile application? Which system was easier to use?

    I've used both and they're very similar in most ways. The mobile app for MaintainX gave you more functionality than Fiix. MaintainX also had more communication abilities for the techs to use when collaborating.

    They're both really good apps and they both offer free trials.

    I've used Fiix and when compared to MP2, Maximo, etc, it is the way to go. However, one of our planners has used both systems and preferred MaintenX due to some of the extra features that require a higher level membership in Fiix to access.

    We have used Fiix for the past 6 years and are in the process of switching to MaintainX. While Fiix has done a good job, it has significant limitations when trying to interact with the platform beyond simply creating work orders. The reporting format is horrible and has not been updated in years. Ultimately, it is an older system that is falling behind competitors as will MaintainX likely fall victim to in 5 years.
