  • 1.  CMRP exam application not approved even after 3 weeks

    I had applied for CMRP exam and filled the application and paid the fee on 27th September 2025. Since then I have been waiting for the approval of my application so that I may schedule my exam. There has been no response from SMRP regarding this although I have used all channels to request them to resolve the issue.
    I have no idea what's happening and whether I have lost the $300 that I paid as exam fee.

    This seems to be an on-going issue. We have had multiple employees pay inside the SMRP site and the request for the test never makes it to Pearson-Vue. Two are still trying to get it sorted out with emails to SMRP going unanswered and trying to reach anyone on the phone is impossible. 

    Would think that a professional organization would at the least have better service around payments and fees.

    Hi Daren,

    I'm sorry to hear that your colleagues are having issues getting their exams to show up on Pearson VUE. Please have your colleagues reach us at info@smrp.org which is our info box that is shared with our certification & education team so that they can the information they need to resolve the issues as soon as possible since they are the ones who are frequently in contact with Pearson's team.

    Hello Camilla,
    I am having the same problem registering for the exam, even though I have paid the $300 exam fee. I have written e mails to the info mail as well as a second mail address at certify @ srmp.org and I am yet to get any respone. Calls to the phone number have been unanswered. this is seriously hampering my abiilty to plan and schedule the exam. Application number is  12912, and my mail is nnaemekaemmanuel52@gmail.com . I will appreciate any help I can get.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting a long time to obtain approval to schedule your exam. Our team has been catching up on the large volume of work since the SMRP Annual Conference in early October and so hope to get to all requests and emails as soon as possible.     Hi Camila,
    The exam issue was resolved last week and I was able to schedule the exam. BUt late response has always been an issue in SMRP and I had experienced it before as well, something must be done to improve the situation. The organization that is guiding others to improve their business efficiency and reliability should lead by example and improve their response to customers first.
