Hello all,

I've been working toward CMRP certification for some time now and decided to test my knowledge with the SMRP CMRP practice tests through MindHub which is linked through the SMRP website. SMRP states the member cost is $176 but MindHub is charging me the full price of $196. Their website says to enter the code from SMRP, but I can't seem to find one. Can anyone direct me to it, or how to obtain it? I k now it's only $20, but why pay it if I don't have to?

I've reached out to info@smrp.org several times over the past month to try to get the code. They finally responded yesterday and the code they provided is expired.

I was able to get the code to work once I cleared my cache. You can reach out to info@smrp.org to get the code. Mindhub also offers a 10% off discount if you give them your email address (there was a pop-up on the website once I cleared my cache).

I just went ahead and paid the full price. One would assume the code would be easily obtainable or even automatically provided during checkout since it's linked right from the SMRP website.

That being said, I'm almost sorry I bothered to buy it at all. I have already found several problems with the questions ranging from incorrect answers to incomplete questions that are unanswerable. 

I have also discovered that the BOK training videos for pillars 4 and 5 are not available. I tried calling SMRP customer service and got a simple recording to leave a message.

I'm beginning to wonder if it was worth the $170 to join and even if I will get the member discount price when I go to sit for the exam.

Frankly, for an organization that represents reliability excellence, I would expect a little better performance from their online presence.
