Elastomer choice for steam applications

My current facility (new build) is having a lot of issues with incorrect elastomers being specified. I wanted to ask the forum's advice on the best elastomer choice for steam  service on several applications. Steam pressure is 30 psi. What is the forum's opinion on PTFE versus Viton? Is cold flow a significant concern with PTFE using tri-clamp or high-pressure clamps? Does anyone use Tuf-Steel? I'd like to go to Tuf-Steel for steam distribution piping where we have high pressure clamps. Or is it more cost-effective to use PTFE and do more regular change-outs?

    1. Steam distribution piping: Current-EPDM, Proposed-Tuf-Steel or equivalent
    2. Tank manway gaskets (Tank is steamed): Current-FDA EPDM (200 F), Proposed-High temperature rated EPDM (300F +)
    3. Diaphragm Valves (Constant steam service, steam blocks): Current-EPDM, Proposed-PTFE (Would viton be better?)
