  • 1.  How long does it take for SMRP to issue certificates

    Dear Colleagues,

    I sat for the CMRP exams on September 16th this year and I passed.

    I am yet to receive an email from SMRP about my certificate. 

    Does anyone know how long it takes for SMRP to issue a certificate?

    I am in the same situation. I passed the exam September 20th, and I haven't gotten the digital certificate/digital badge or any communication about my certificate from SMRP. I've tried to email them several times and they have not responded.

    I checked my email and I have not gotten anything from SMRP or the Award Group (I checked spam too). I haven't gotten the digital certificate/digital badge or any communication regarding my certificate. If I don't receive at least the digital badge and correspondence by Wednesday (4 weeks since I passed the test), I will have to report to my employer that the certificate isn't being delivered which will likely result in a chargeback for the $300 that my employer paid back in July for me to get this certificate that hasn't been delivered. Please respond to my several emails.

We greatly appreciate your patience as we troubleshoot the most efficient and effective ways to communicate to you about certification, membership, and general happenings within SMRP.

    We have received reports from several recent exam applicants that they have not received communication from the Awards Group about their certificate after two weeks or have an issue viewing their initial score report from Pearson Vue, and electronic badge from Credly. We are working with the Award Group and Pearson Vue to resume better communication and service to exam participants.

    We are working to respond to everyone's concerns as soon as possible. We have approved your application, and you will receive a confirmation shortly to the email on file. Your Credly badge is now active, and you will receive an email from the Awards Group about your certificate soon.

    I am facing the same problem as well. I had passed on 21st September and also received a Digital badge but waiting for my digital certificate from Award group.

    I had sent emails enquiring about it but no response yet. I hope SMRP shall notice these requests in this public forum and resolve it asap.

    Dear All,
    All of SMRP’s certifications are held online at various approved testing centers worldwide. After completing the examinations you would know whether you passed or failed the exams. Thereafter, a notification will be sent to you via email and a link where you can request/print your certificate. This usually takes place within 3-5 working days. If you are encountering problems you can contact the SMRP certification team. They respond within 1-2 days.

    I passed the exam on 10th January 2025. 

    Received an email yesterday that they have posted the certificate last week. So I believe should be here soon.

    So about 4-6 weeks for me.
