I'm trying to work on setting up a process for my company to complete a GAP analysis on what we provide to the Pharma industry compared to what other companies/industries do and see if there is something that the Pharma world isn't doing that could be done.  Right now I'm trying to find information that is readily available without having to pay for a report and wondering if anyone has completed something like this elsewhere or can point me in a direction to find some information.  Would like to make this repeatable, so we could look at it each year and plan accordingly.
