    can someone clarify with examples on how to share the evidences regarding " Kitting & Staging" practices in work Mangement and Material Mangement modules.

    can someone share me some evidences. examples how it is implemented and sustained .

    for your question its assumption that stagging area is accessible to all. 

    1. Kitten area should separate from the storage area. if access to kitten area can be limited by access control system is batter to have. 

    2. Kitting & Staging area should be under CCTV surveillance all the time.

    3. CMMS or system transaction should be available for moving material from storage to stagging area.
    4. Transaction of moving material from storage area to stagging supposed to be print and receiver sign should be on pick up slip.

    Now there will be 3 evidence of material stagging, 1st system transaction, 2nd receiver sign and can be confirm via CCTV.
