    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Cleveland team and help drive the reliability and performance of our manufacturing assets at the forefront of defense and heavy industrial fabrication.

    What you'll own:
    • Maintenance KPIs - tracking, reporting, and driving improvement across key metrics including uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and PM compliance
    • A culture of continuous improvement - championing proactive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and extend asset life
    • Planning & execution - partnering with operations to align maintenance activity with production demands without sacrificing reliability
    • Team development - leading and growing a skilled maintenance team with clear expectations, accountability, and purpose

    What we're looking for:
    • Proven experience in a maintenance management role within heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
    • Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, CMMS utilization, and reliability principles
    • Data-driven mindset - you manage what you measure and you know which numbers move the needle
    • A leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and the shop floor
