    Hello experts,
    We are launching a maintenance excellence program for a mining company.
    We have 5 steps process: 
    1) Work request
    2) Request prioritization
    3) Planning
    4) Scheduling
    5) Execution
    6) Review/ feedback

    And we have different functions involved like:
    Operations
    Inspections
    Condition monitoring
    Maintenance
    Reliability
    Engineering 
    Planner
