Hi Eduardo
You may find useful the Energy Institute's "High level framework for process safety management". For each one of the Elements, there is also a separate "Guidance on meeting expectations" document. I believe that you can download them all after you register. They may still offer training for the Elements that can be purchased singly.
Good luck.

- Driving the process safety culture across the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to PSM practices at all levels.
- Providing technical leadership on process safety issues, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for cross-functional teams.
- Developing and delivering PSM training programs for employees and contractors.
- Leading incident investigations related to process safety, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and ensuring timely reporting of PSM-related information.
- Coordinating with reliability, maintenance, and production teams to prioritize critical areas of focus based on risk assessments.
- Tracking process safety performance indicators and reporting results to senior management.
- Assessing the site's PSM readiness vs. best practices and identifying major gaps.
- Coordinating and contributing to the development and follow-up of action plans, together with process and reliability experts.
- Ensuring operational units push the boundaries of reliability and maintain compliance with PSM standards.
- Reviewing progress of assigned shops in a regular and structured way.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and rollout of corporate PSM standards.
I would appreciate your guidance and mentoring in approaching these responsibilities effectively.
Thank you in advance.
