Hello, Dear Community. Can someone help me with reliability value calculation over the engineering calculator. Let's see below example:

My question is, how to calculate reliability using manually engineering calculator, can smn show the sequence.

1. Multiply λ by t:
   
• 1.05 × 10⁻⁴ × 1000
• On calculator:
  1.05
  EXP or ×10^x button
  -4
  ×
  1000
  =
  You'll get: 0.105
2. Make the result negative:
   
• Press +/- or use (-) key
• Result becomes: -0.105
3. Exponentiate:
   
• Press e^x or EXP or SHIFT + ln (depends on your model)
  If SHIFT + ln, press:
  SHIFT
  ln
  -0.105
  =
• You'll get: 0.9003 (approx)

0.105 press on calculator +/-  valve will come like that (-0.105) then you have to press eˣ and valve will come e^(-0.105) after that you have to press = 0.90 after that convert into percentage 0.90 *100=90%
