As a result of some recent attrition/retirements, we have lost most of our internal reliability modeling capability for large capital projects. Does anyone have recommendations for firms/consultants that you've had good experiences with doing this kind of work? Specifically looking for reliability modeling for the entire plant looking at hitting production availability targets using Monte Carlo type simulations with individual equipment modeled with appropriate failure/repair time distributions.
Ideally it would be someone using the TITAN/Aspen Fidelis type software but I'm open to other software.
