  • 1.  Remote Asset Monitoring

    Wondering if anyone has had experience with Setting up a remote program without a contract/lease of equipment. Our bakery is looking to advance into remote monitoring some of our critical assets Via Vibration and possibly oil analysis/level sensors. 

    Mainly looking for sensors compatible with Allen Bradley PLC Units. Plan would be to have the Asset monitoring connected to HMI on the Asset.

    Adam I've got an option for you. Our remote vibration system is sold without conditions- no contracts or analysis fees. We can also tie in real time oil Monitoring (condition and temp) as well as ultrasonic level sensors. The sensors get back to our gateway via Bluetooth and can easily be integrated into AB PLC via Modbus. If you want some more info I'm more than happy to help.

    Adam,

    At IIoTTTI we also have an option where you would not need a contract/lease just purchase of the hardware with an optional extended warranty.  Let me know if you would like more info.
