    Good morning Team,

    I hope you are all doing well.

    I am reaching out to kindly ask for your support. I am currently working on implementing an Equipment Criticality Matrix for my organization, and I am looking for a reliable template to use as a starting point.

    If anyone has a template, tool, or example that you could share with me, I would greatly appreciate your help. Any guidance or best practices are also very welcome.

    Hi Stephen,

    asset criticality analysis formulae and templates are proprietary for each company or service provider and will not be easy to publish.

    you can adopt EPRI approach for asset criticality analysis which is quiet straightforward and robust and filling the gaps found in other approaches especially when considering redundant asset (2*100 or 3*50%)
