Hi, I passed in January 2023. Received the email for the certificate both hard copy and digital soft copy March 6th. I was able to download the soft copy and the hard copy takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Yeah I'm keep checking if I can download it from my profile but it's not even appear. There might be some IT issue which needs to be solved by #SMRP or if they can send the soft copy by email but unfortunately they are not responding to emails.

Hi Muhammad, the email would come from certify@smrp.org and they would provide you with the credentials to log in to #theawardgroup to initiate the process for collecting your certificate.

I had issues trying to reschedule my exam which I sat this year due to the same error (good thing I passed) in #smrp website, there was a technical issue which was eventually resolved.

There is a delay with the feedback regarding issues but once your email was sent they would contact you.
