  • 1.  Tools for Process Analysis

    Does anyone have a tool or template they use for analyzing an operation for operation steps, bottlenecks, etc.? 
    This is for an MBA school project I'm involved in. And I'm a CMRP but I know there are smarter people out there who have better templates for mapping out processes.

    You may want to consider Value Stream mapping process as it works wonders provided all come to the party and bring their data/knowledge with it too.
