  • 1.  Unable to Register – Membership Paid but No Support

    Hi everyone,

    I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this. I've already paid for my SMRP membership, but I've been unable to register for the exam. I've tried multiple times and even called the SMRP office several times during business hours, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to get through or receive a response.

    I'd really appreciate it if someone from the SMRP team-or anyone who has dealt with a similar issue-could guide me on what to do next or connect me with the right contact to resolve this.

    I did not have an issue with registering for an exam through SMRP. When I was provided the link to register for time and date through Pearson Vue to take exam, there are limited spots available and limited times.  Once you register location, time and date, you will have to "double confirm" which is what I had an issue with.  Once all information is submitted, it will look as if you are registered, but you will have to "confirm" again to get the registration to go through.  I did not realize this at first go around and when my exam time I thought I had come, the center had not received anything.  They're also not allowed to give out ANY information so they will direct to a 1-800 number to check on your registration status.   Needless to say, I had to reschedule my exam for a later date.
