Hi All,

I am looking for a condition monitoring company that can install vibration sensors and support an industrial facility in Mexico, near Guanajuato. Preferably a sensor with 24/7 monitoring services (CME) and a cloud platform. 

We have had success with companies in the US, but cannot find similar capabilities for our facility in Mexico.

I strongly agree with Glen. I have initiated the Waites system at both Smucker and Polaris and it is an exceptionally useful system. They have 24/7 monitoring of all of your installed devices and provide engineering support over the phone, text or email to assist in root causing any negative trends or sudden amplitude shifts. The support is available around the clock and any of your floor technicians can call, send pictures/video, try corrective actions and be able to discuss the response of the system to the action within 5 minutes. If you work through Motion Industries you can lease the hardware to mitigate the impact to your R&M budget. I was able to install all the sensors I needed at Smucker, and have continuous monitoring and support, for less monthly than i was paying for the vibration monitoring service I was receiving once a month. My install at Polaris is lined up for next week and I'm very enthused to review the initial baseline data. If utilized correctly, you can almost eliminate the cost of preventive maintenance by running your critical machines right up to within a few weeks of failure. Definitely the next level in maintenance and reliability.
