Erik Hupjé is the founder of the Reliability Academy and has over 20 years’ experience in asset management, and specifically managing maintenance & reliability. He has worked in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, the Sultanate of Oman, and Australia. Erik has a passion for continuous improvement and keeping things simple. Through the Reliability Academy, he helps Maintenance Teams around the globe improve their plant’s reliability and their bottom line.
