I have worked in advanced manufacturing engineering and management for more than ten years in precision engineering, machine tool design, job shop automation optimization, manufacturing director, and committee member for R&D institute re-engineering . After that, I have been the EMBA director of Chang Gung University, department chair of engineering and science management of the University of Alaska, and associate professor at Sichuan University Pittsburgh Institute and California Baptist University. My teaching and research interests include engineering management, advanced manufacturing, sustainability, data analytics, and digital transformation. My teaching philosophy is "learning by doing."
