  • 1.  Delay on Application approval for CMRP

    Dear colleagues,

    Do you know how long take the SMRP to approve the application for the CMRP exam?

    I applied and paid the fee on 09/30/23 but I can not yet schedule the date for the exam due to some error in the Pearson Vue web page. I got the following message:

    "There was an error exporting the candidate data."

    "There was an error syncing your information. Please make sure all required information has been entered on your profile. Required fields include name, email, primary address, and primary phone."

    I updated all my information and I'm sending daily emails since then to certify@smrp.org regarding this issue but with no response.

    I'd appreciate your feedback.

    Hi Klever,

    Did you try checking with Pearson Vue via email requesting more details on the issue. I had received some emails from Pearson Vue from the below email address. I am not sure if this would help but you could give it a try. If not, please let me know - may be I can try checking with one of the nearest Pearson VUE test centre in my location to see who should be contacted for information.

    Hi,

    I am also facing this problem. I applied for the CMRP exam on October 7, 2023, but it has yet to be approved.

    I am also waiting for approval.
