    Hi,

    I am working on a site FMECA for a reliability project at my site. 

    Is there a good source out there for a FMEA library with standard equipment failure modes and PM's for the failures?

    Hello Aaron - the team over at Itus has a FMEA Library which not only includes the PM's but also recommended monitoring plans for over 200 common equipment types.

    I was hoping to find a free or inexpensive source. Wasn't sure if SMRP had something in their library I wasn't seeing. Maybe a special interest community could be formed to compile something for all members to use.
