Hello family,
After more than 3 years without a job, I have just had a one-month job to set up a fleet maintenance planning office for a mining company.
This service never existed inside this company.
What I know they have Caterpillar machines (excavator, dozer, dump truck, motor grinder,...)
I would like if you can help me with somes advices, guidances, documentations, checklist, excel file for the success of this project.
They don't have CMMS, ERP or even excel files.
You understand that I have to put everything in place and I myself can't get out of it, because I'm evolving a lot in the planning of the fixed plant equipment. Reason why I come to this community to ask for help and supports
