Seeking info from the SMRP Office

    Hi All,

    I am trying to seek information from the SMRP Office.

    I have sent about 4 different emails in respect of this to info@smrp.org and there has been no acknowledgement or a responds to any of my emails.

    I tried calling the office via phone call (+1 800-950-7354, +1 404-404-252-3663 and +1 678-303-3006), placed about 4 phones calls on different days and time. 
    There was no one to pick up the phone on all the occasions, I left messages in some of the cases yet no responds.

    Anyone here to help me resolve this?

    Hi Danmon,

    Thanks very much for your concern and willingness to help. 

    Fortunately, today just after posting the issue on this platform, I called one of the phone lines again and I had the director of meetings. 
    We exchanged emails afterwards and everything is under control now. He is working on my request.

    I had the same experience trying to reach SMRP Office to respond to my emails and calls. Really frustrating to say the least.

    Same here.  I've sent several emails and left a voicemail with no response.  I placed an order for some shirts last month and haven't heard anything.  Seems pretty shady.

    Dear Mahadi,
    Don’t worry . They respond you soon. Almost 7 to 10 working days you have to wait . After that you got . And better to send emails Rather than phone calls .
