    Dear Karim
you have to list your periorities (your personal requirement) and give each its weight accordingly , then compare the current job by the new job completely , Salary, Benefits , Location, Reputation, what is added value after 5y , then check wich one more likly matching your and satisfy your requirement , Be carful for any change must be valued quantitive and qualititive to do it as it will not be easy (for more details tell me to call you)
    Good luck

    Hello Karim,
Ahmed provided a good outline. I want to reinforce that he said 'you' have to do it. I provide professional coaching on the side. When my clients ask what I would do, I remind them we aren't discussing what I would do but, what they are going to do. I'm not there to tell them what to do but help them figure what they want to do. A few questions:
-what are your short and long term goals?
-what are pros and cons of each job?
-what is your timeline for making a decision?
I'm happy to talk through it with you.
    Best regards,
    Robert

Hello All, I am based in Alberta Canada. I recently completed a graduate program in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Calgary. Since then, I have been on the search for a maintenance & reliability role to no avail. I will appreciate it if I can get recommendations to kick start my career here in Canada. I have prior maintenance experience in rotating machinery field maintenance operations within oil & gas and energy sectors.
    Thanks
