Hello everyone!
My name is Mauricio Arima, currently working as Mechanical Engineer in France at SLB. My career in the oil and gas industry started with SLB over 20 years ago, working in wireline operations as Field Engineer and then Field Service Manager. After 9 years in field operations, I moved into technology centers, first to assist field operations with global technical support, then looking after equipment performance with reliability, cost of service delivery, and asset availability. Later, I moved to product development as reliability, maintainability and V&V engineer, and finally, as mechanical engineer to sustain the existing fleet deployed in the field and keep the balance of reliability, maintenance and asset availability.
I'm looking forward to engaging with the community to learn, share my knowledge and collaborate to overcome the existing challenges!

Hi there. I'm Jane Siggelko, SMRP's Associate Director. Thanks for participating on SMRP Exchange! You'll be seeing my name a lot now, so I thought I'd take a minute to formally introduce myself.
I've been working with SMRP for about four years. In my current role, I'm responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of SMRP's member services, programs and marketing. I also oversee SMRP's foundation activities, such as the Body of Knowledge committees and scholarship program.
I am so excited to offer this new benefit to SMRP members to enable you to learn, connect and share with your peers in maintenance, reliability and physical asset management.
Welcome to the Exchange! I hope you'll take a minute to introduce yourself to the community.
Best,
Jane
