For those using gyro or cone crusher in their facilities. How do you guys plan for your liner change out?

What parameters do you guys measure to ensure liners are ordered at the right time?

What safety factors are used and where are they applied to ensure we don’t get premature failure.

Hi Lesiba,
We use gyro crusher, to monitor the liner status we use a regular scanning that determines the thickness of our liners.
We also rely on the distance of lift of the mantel.
We use three size of mantel liners and after that we replace the concave liners.
