    Hello members, Can any one help out why i am getting an alarm when trying to reachedule exam. @Anoop Manoj Please note that it was successful in rescheduling exam 1 time before but now i am getting this message. Please note that unfortunately there is no response from certify@smrp.org even after sending umpteen number of reminders. Can somebody pour some light ? Thanks in advance.

    Dear Anoop,
    i am a new member as well  , and also have same issue . I live in Kingdom of saudi arabia . I book my exam  on the date 18-01-2023, i was there in exam center in jeddha which almost 450 Km away from my home . Pearson VU administration didn't allow me to sit in exam due mistake in name , I immediately inform to Pearson VUE and SMRP . As per their instruction i have done every thing . And still unable to reschedule my exam . Once i try to reschedule my exam there is an error (There was an error exporting the candidate data.one or more errors occurred )I try to call headquarter but i don't now why always receive voice recorder.i also inform to SMRP about this issue , but no response .
