I book my exam on the date 18-01-2023, i was there in exam center in jeddha which almost 450 Km away from my home . Pearson VU administration didn't allow me to sit in exam due mistake in name , I immediately inform to Pearson VUE and SMRP . As per their instruction i have done every thing . And still unable to reschedule my exam . Once i try to reschedule my exam there is an error (There was an error exporting the candidate data.one or more errors occurred )I try to call headquarter but i don't now why always receive voice recorder.i also inform to SMRP about this issue , but no response .
