  • 1.  I can't to login Pearson vue

    I signed up for cmrp exam and paid 470 $ (300$ for exam and 170$ for membership) and everytime I log in Pearson vue. It stops at this page and don't switch me automatically  to the exam schdule page. I sent many emails without any reply

    Greetings,

    I had the same issue, saying "
    You do not have any pre-approved exams at this time".

     I received an email today from info@smrp.org telling the problem solved needs to wait 24 hours to be reflected in the system; you may expect the same as far as it is a system issue.

    I have the same issue " You do not have any pre-approved exams at this time  " and SMRP being also unresponsive to my E-mail

    Hi there,

    From your screenshot, I could tell you are accessing it using a mobile device.

    Have you tried it from a desktop? If yes, have you tried it with another browser (Google Chrome, Edge, etc.).

    Last but not the least, have you checked if you browser is not blocking a pop up?

    I am sorry if these questions may have sounded obvious for you, but sometimes those type of stuff prevents me from accessing websites.

    I also had many problems with the Pearson Vue website trying to get my exam scheduled after I had paid the fee.  I tried several times using different browser platforms over about two weeks.  I finally got on the phone with Pearson (the number is at the bottom of the exam page) and after waiting quite some time I was able to talk to a person who finally got me scheduled.  Honestly, the guy admitted that Pearson knows they have a website issue and he was somewhat rude to me as I explaining the issues I had encountered with their website.  But, I did get scheduled, so hopefully the testing day itself will go smoothly.
