Hello everyone. My name is Jay Joiner and I am currently employed by Shell Lubricants as a Maintenance Supervisor at the Houston Lubricants Plant. I have been in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Manufacturing industry most of my career, working for companies such as Valero, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Dow Chemical, Anheuser-Busch and Shell. Now that I am at a Lube Oil Blending Plant that packages several products, I feel that my experience with refining and packaging have come together. I have plans to get my CMRP and then assist my technicians in getting their CMRT. I look forward to being part of this community and learning how to continuously improve what we do each day around maintenance and reliability.
