    Hello Everyone,

    I am working as a maintenance manager in a 3 Mn sq ft real estate commercial building used as an HQ. We have multiple equipments typically suited in a facility in DC area. We use 3rd party services to maintain our facilities. Now what should be key KPIs and How best to convert typical PM to RCM program. Any guidelines provided will be appreciated.
