    Hey Everyone,

    Hope everyone's having a good day!

    I'm curious to hear from professionals who have successfully implemented AI or Machine Learning solutions in the area of asset integrity management and reporting particularly within Oil and Gas processing facilities.

    Have you deployed any AI/ML tools or models that have:

    • Improved integrity monitoring (e.g. corrosion prediction, anomaly or vibration detection, failure pattern recognition)?

    • Enhanced maintenance decision-making or reporting efficiency?

    • Enabled predictive maintenance or real-time condition assessment of critical assets?

    If so, I'd love to learn more about:

    • The use case and technologies involved,

    • How you integrated it with existing CMMS/EAM or DCS systems, and

    • The challenges you faced with data quality, adoption, or scalability.

    Even lessons learned or projects that didn't go as planned would be extremely valuable to discuss.

    Looking forward to hearing how others are leveraging AI/ML to enhance asset integrity, reliability, and reporting.

    Please give me a call or schedule a meeting, and I'll be happy to share some of the lessons learned from MAL deployments. One that came to mind right off the bat is the Downstream predictive case, namely, lower-end feed pumps.

    @Usama Butt, I'll also be interested in learning the objectives you listed, I'm a digital reliability enthusiast, I love to hear about the use cases of ML and CAE simulation applied to asset integrity management.

    Would love to hear how you track or ensure reliability using IOTs or your ERP data. Also, which ERP do you use at your facility? SAP?
