Hello,
I was unable to sign into Pearson Vue to schedule/take the CMRP certification exam. I paid the certification application fee and received an email from SMRP to navigate to the Pearson VUE page. I was unable to log-in. I verified my email address as the error note indicated. I contacted Pearson VUE and spoke to a manger and was informed that SMRP had not sent the exam certification information for me to schedule a testing time. At the time, I was told that Pearson had no information of me in their system. Someone please help to fix this issue. Thank you
Follow up: Someone from SMRP has reached out through email and the issue has now been resolved.
